On Saturday Sassi won Best of Breed and on Sunday she won Best of Opposite Sex to a lovely dog owned by our friend Margaret Lucia.

At the AAWC AKC trial, Boudie placed 4th of 7 – just out of the points. On Sunday at the AAWC ASFA trial, Solo was 1st of 5 in the Open stake, while Boudie ended up 6th after the run-off for NBQ. Unfortunately, Solo was not allowed the opportunity to run-off for Best of Breed – it was forfeited to him. If he had managed to win the run-off, he would have finished his ASFA Championship.
